Two Inch Suction Nozzle - 3D File

$20.00

This suction nozzle print without supports and is optimized to work with my two inch subsurface suction dredge tube. The jet has been specifically sized for maximum efficiency when paired with my custom 3D printed bilge pump impeller upgrade. Paired to a stock 3700gph seaflo bilge pump, and my new test stand, efficiency is comparable between 15, 16, and 17mm jet sizes, however, the new 17mm jet is ideal when paired to the latest bilge pump upgrade available soon.

The 17mm jet also pairs better with larger 4700gph bilge pumps than the 15mm version did.

Print volume required is 240mm tall and 175mm wide.

The nozzle has a glue in threaded tip that you can use to screw on and off a variety of the included nozzles and crevicing tips. It also includes a thread on extension tube to get deep down into cracks in bedrock. This model also includes the optional flared connection that can be threaded directly to the two inch subsurface sluice box if you don’t have a suction hose. Multiple models are included in case you want to use a 1-1/8” pressure hose from your bilge pump, or just run the 1-1/2” pressure hose. All the fitting are included.

I found this prints well on my Bambu Labs P1S printer. I always use the liquid glue stick for bed adhesion, and put an internal brim to be extra sure for the taller prints
