This kit includes only the following (see product images):
1) 1.5” Dryland Nozzle with standard tip and crevice tip.
2) Impeller Upgrade for 2000gph Seaflo Bilge Pump.
3) Hose Flare and TPU Damper Mat.
4) Universal sluice adaptor plate.
This kit DOES NOT INCLUDE the 3D printed sluice box shown in my YouTube Video. Hoses and bilge pump to be purchased separately.
You can supply your own Seaflo 2000gph bilge pump and install my included impeller. I recommend a 2-3 meter (6-10ft) length of 1-1/8” (28mm) pressure bilge hose, and 1-1/2” (38mm) length of suction bilge hose. You can use the incuded flat sluice adaptor plate to install this setup into your own sluice box of choice. Please keep the lift above water level as low as possible for best suction with this setup. It uses less than 10 amps, so while it works, you won’t expect huge lift and long hoses to work unless you plan on upgrading the pump to something more powerful.
This system was designed with light weight and transportability in mind for remote sampling of small areas. See my YouTube video to see it running in my test tub and how it can fit inside a bucket for easy transport.
I am selling this physical print out of just the nozzle, impeller and flare for those who do not own a 3D printer and want some help getting a small bilge pump to work with a small dredge. If you own a 3D printer, or have a friend who does, you can purchase the file for this in the digital downloads section of my website.
This physical print out is made in PETG, color of product will be black, the damper mat is currently yellow but may change color with the next batch. If color is important to you let me know.
